eSurvey built the eStaff app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by eSurvey and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
eStaff will take a verification photo of the employee checking in or out, if the account owner chooses so. Verification photos are transferred to eStaff's servers and stored for a period of at least one month and then deleted. eStaff will not use those photos for any purpose, commercial or free and will not share them with a third party.
Employee attendance information is transferred to eStaff's servers and are stored there for a period of at least 6 months. eStaff will not use attendances for any purpose, commercial or free and will not share them with a third party.
When the app communicates with eStaff's servers, a unique identifier ANDROID_ID is transmitted and stored there for a period of at least 6 months. This identifier is unique to each combination of app-signing key, user (account owner), and device.
The QR-Code scanner functionality is intended to simplify the process of identifying employees and does not store or transmit any images.
Employee data such as name, job title, working location are not shared with third parties.
Security
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
